We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Junior Manager to join our team in Rosemead, Kenilworth.



In this role, you'll support the Store Manager in daily operations, help lead the team and contribute to creating an unforgettable shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and stock management. Support, train, and motivate the store team to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets. Help manage inventory - from receiving deliveries and processing stock to minimizing losses and maintaining accurate records. Ensure the store always looks fresh, well-presented, and on-brand. Build genuine connections with customers, handle enquiries, and help resolve any issues. Use GAAP for daily cash-ups, invoice capture, stock-takes, and reporting (e.g., labour & stock movement). Handle customer interaction, feedback, and build loyalty with regular patrons.

Requirements:

2-3+ years in a similar hospitality management role. Knowledge of GAAP or similar POS/back-office systems. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Ability to perform under pressure and multitask effectively. * Strong decision-making, planning, and organizational skills.
