Assist in marketing and promoting properties within our new developments.
Help with the preparation and running of show houses and property viewings.
Shadow senior agents on client meetings, negotiations, and contract signings to learn best practices.
Respond to initial client inquiries and provide basic information about properties.
Administrative and Support Tasks:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date property listings on various platforms.
Follow up on generated leads
Prepare and manage sales-related paperwork and client files under supervision.
Conduct market research to assist the team in understanding local property trends and competitor offerings.
Assist with general administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the sales process.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 3 - 5 year experience in real estate
Education: A Grade 12 (Matric) certificate is a minimum requirement. A relevant diploma or degree is an advantage.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and a strong work ethic.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email).
Highly organised and detail-oriented.
A valid driver's license and reliable transport is a plus.
