Junior Real Estate Agent / Broker

Location: Northern Suburbs, Cape Town

Are you ambitious, people-focused, and ready to build a career with unlimited growth potential? We're expanding our Northern Suburbs team and are looking for motivated junior brokers to join one of Cape Town's leading real estate brands.

This is an exciting opportunity to learn directly from top-performing agents while building your own property portfolio and long-term career in real estate.

What You'll Be Doing:

Prospecting and building relationships with buyers and sellers Assisting with property listings, showings, and negotiations Managing leads and client communication Learning the full sales process from listing to transfer Building your personal brand under an established real estate company
What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and people skills Confidence, drive, and a hunger to succeed Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude Reliable transport and a valid driver's licence Sales, customer service, or property experience is advantageous (but not essential) Intern / candidate agents welcome
