Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior QA Tester.
You'll play a key role in testing hardware and software, identifying issues, and ensuring product quality across our mobile and web platforms. This is a great opportunity to grow your QA skills in a hands-on, collaborative environment.
:
- Test mobile devices for hardware/software functionality and compatibility.
- Report and track defects, assisting in bug investigations.
- Test firmware updates and new hardware for integration with our software suite.
- Assist in QA testing for mobile apps and web portals.
- Work closely with QA, R&D, and Development teams in agile sprints.
- Document testing results and maintain hardware compatibility records.
- Provide internal product support when needed.
- Basic understanding of software/hardware testing.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- ISTQB/SASTQB certification (advantageous).
- Prior experience in QA or IT (advantageous).
