A Junior Property Administrator position is available in Queenswood, Pretoria (Training and development program designed to prepare for future role as Shopping Centre Manager).



Salary: R10 000 - R15 000 gross maximum (depending on experience).



Minimum Requirements:




Young, professional and well presentable Afrikaans speaking female Afrikaans and English first & second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base) Matric / Grade 12 Recent administration experience a must, preferably in property, retail or shopping centre management industry Good telephone etiquette and strong customer service skills Interested in pursuing a career in centre management industry, and willing to commit to long term employment with company Computer literate with good administration skills Valid driver's license Residing in/near Pretoria Moot (Within daily commuting distance) Stable employment record and contactable employment references To start as soon as possible Work hours: Mondays to Fridays from 08h00am - 17h00pm

Duties and Responsibilities:




Property administration duties for Property Management company, based at shopping centre in Queenswood Participate in training and development program designed to prepare for future role as Centre Manager Report to Centre Manager and Portfolio Manager Ensure Security, Car Guards, and Cleaners are on-site daily and in full uniform Conduct daily checks to ensure Centre toilets are cleaned as scheduled Report maintenance issues (e.g., plumbing, broken toilets, leaks) to Centre Manager Assist Centre Manager with opening vacant stores and preparing premises for tenant viewings Serve as a point of contact for tenants and clients, liaising with Centre Manager as needed Coordinate contractors and service providers, ensuring work complies with SLAs before sign-off Operate as an information desk and liaise with office personnel for message routing Assist Centre Manager with obtaining monthly tenant turnover figures * Perform additional duties as required
