Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Project Lead to join a dynamic team. As the Project Lead you will play a crucial role in the successful coordination and delivery of all projects, managing project timelines and resources and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will be involved in planning, execution and monitoring of the project, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure project success

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS

Engineering Diploma Minimum 3 years' experience within the field, with good understanding of engineering and oil and gas related technical requirements Technical knowledge of steel fabrication (piping and structural) and welding processes (GTAW, SMAW, FCAW) Understanding of related standards (ASM B31.3, API, ASME IX, AWSD1.1) Knowledge of high-pressure piping is beneficial

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors for quotations as per technical requirements Participate in project kick-off meetings with other departments to determine project requirements Organise procurements of raw materials as per bill of materials Organise, coordinate and follow-up subcontracted work Coordinate surveys and measures to ensure issued drawings and technical information match clients and contract requirements before dispatch to workshop and/or site supervisors Organise and follow-up pre-fabrication with workshop or subcontractors Coordinate logistics with pre-fabricated items, tools/equipment's and personnel to site locations Prepare and give instructions to team leaders/supervisors to prepare installation on site Monitor project progress to ensure it is running according to schedule and budget and report finding weekly to operations manager Do final inspection after project with client and get sign-off Ensure fabrication data books and any other required documents are completed Prepare project summaries and project financial analysis and submit to operations manager Participate in client/contractor meetings Ensure personnel compliance with company and client QHSE policies and systems
