Diploma or bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Project Management training or certification (e.g., CAPM, Agile Fundamentals) is advantageous
1-3 years' experience in a project coordination or junior project management role
Exposure to IT or business systems projects preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Experience with Jira or other project tracking tools is advantageous

Support planning and delivery of assigned projects
Assist with scheduling, documentation, and minutes
Monitor and follow up on action items
Maintain project documentation and RAID logs
Provide status updates to the Senior PM or PMO Lead

Grow knowledge of project governance and SDLC

The Junior Project Manager is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of small to medium-sized projects or workstreams within larger initiatives. This role assists in project administration, stakeholder communication, schedule tracking, and risk monitoring to ensure smooth delivery.
