Role Overview:
Audet Magna is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to assist in the efficient management of projects within the Operations & Delivery department. The ideal candidate will support project management and operational processes to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with company and regulatory standards. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with internal teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Maintain project plans and schedules; track milestones, deliverables, dependencies
Monitor project status, escalate risks or delays to the Senior Ops Manager
Manage project documentation (meeting notes, changelogs, issue logs, etc.)
Ensure clear communication with stakeholders: regular status updates, summaries, reporting
Support resource allocation and task assignments across internal teams
Assist with budgeting and timesheet tracking for projects
Help coordinate training, testing, deployment tasks where relevant
Ensure follow-up on action items, track issues, and ensure they are resolved or elevated
Liaise with clients to clarify requirements, project goals, success criteria
Assist with retrospective and lessons learned sessions post-project
Operational Support:
Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and vendors.
Provide administrative support to the Operations & Delivery Manager, including document preparation and data entry.
Assist in budget tracking, invoicing, and financial documentation for projects.
Coordinate procurement and resource management to support project delivery.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
1 - 3 years of experience in project coordination / junior PM / operations support
Strong organisational, time management and documentation skills
Good communication (written & verbal); able to engage with internal & external stakeholders
Basic understanding of project management methodologies & tools
Comfortable identifying risks and escalating issues
Proactive, detail-oriented, reliable, able to follow instructions but also work independently when needed
Desirable Traits:
Understanding of contract lifecycle management.
High integrity, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
Some experience with client-facing communication
Exposure to budgeting or financial tracking in projects
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel occasionally.
Previous experience working within an operations or delivery-focused team.
Contract Details:
Permanent, full-time role with 3-month probation period
Experience Preferred:
Project Management: 1-3 years
Experience within the technology industry: 1-3 years

Pay: R250000,00 - R300000,00 per year
