Job Description

The Junior Project Administrator supports project teams with basic administrative and coordination tasks to ensure smooth project operations. This entry-level role provides valuable exposure to project environments and assists with organizing documentation, scheduling, and communications in line with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities



Assist in scheduling project meetings and coordinating logistics. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action item lists. Maintain project records, trackers, and document filing systems. Support team members with document formatting, version control, and submissions. Help update project timelines, task lists, and progress reports. Coordinate basic communication with internal stakeholders. Assist in monitoring deadlines and following up on outstanding items. Provide general administrative support to the project office or project manager.

Requirements




National Senior Certificate / NC(V) Level 4


(NQF 4)


1 - 4 years related experience in project management or construction
