As a Junior Planning Analytics (TM1) Developer you'll be supporting the delivery of providing the business with ERP and Cube Reporting solutions. This will help us excel and provide a platform allowing people to work smart and not hard to stay ahead of the game.
What you'll be doing
As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Support the design, build, and testing of multidimensional cubes, rules, and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes under supervision.
  • Assist in maintaining existing TM1 models and troubleshooting basic issues.
  • Help develop and maintain user interfaces for data capture and Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) reports.
  • Provide post-deployment support and assist in creating technical and user documentation.
  • Learn to integrate new data sources into existing processes.
  • Assist with user and permission management.
  • Monitor server performance and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Support end users with IBM Planning Analytics tools (TM1, Planning Analytics for Excel.(PAX), PAW).
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for processes and reporting.
  • Collaborate with senior developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Essential skills you'll bring to the table
  • The necessary skills that we require for this role include:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
  • Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving shared goals
  • Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations
  • 1-2 years of experience with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) or similar BI tools.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Information Systems, Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field (or currently studying).
  • Basic understanding of cube technology and dimensional modelling.
  • Familiarity with Excel (pivot tables, graphs, data import).
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
  • Conceptualizing new solutions based on requirements.
Desirable skills you've got up your sleeve
It would be great if you also have some of the following skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends
  • Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations
  • Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards
  • Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies
  • Exposure to financial accounting principles.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, VBA, or Python.
  • Experience with data analysis or reporting tools.
