Job Details
- Grade 12 xe2x80x93 HR Qualification will be an added advantage
- Experience in a retail environment will be an advantage
- Good working knowledge of Excel and Word is essential xe2x80x93 Draw up and compile new Spreadsheets
- Accuracy with attention to detail essential
- Oversees a big staff compliment on payroll (i.e. 700 people)
- Gathering information xe2x80x93 i.e. Clocking Reports
- Analyze data xe2x80x93 break it down into separate parts to identify the errors should any arise
- Evaluating information xe2x80x93 make sure everything is filled out correctly
- Processing information xe2x80x93 capturing, recording and maintaining information in written and electronic form
- Maintaining reports and files
- Administrative duties
