Job Summary Duties & Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• The ideal candidate will direct and coordinate all activities concerning operational requirements including sales and customer liaison.
• Confers with owner to establish production and quality control standards, as well as cost controls.
• Plans and directs production activities and establishes production priorities for products in keeping with effective operations and cost factors.
• Coordinates production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control activities to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment.
• Ensure the preventative maintenance and repairs scheduled of assets in production departments are adhered to.
• General Management including staff management, product and premises management.
• Willing to be taught the trade to have an in depth understanding of the process.
• Willing to pick up some tools if required to get things done or on the spot repairs.
• Management of clientxe2x80x99s stock and overseeing the delivery thereof when required.
• Scheduling works for the most efficient work flow
• Overall management of the operations to enable the client to get the best service possible.
• Nurturing relationships with clients.
• Generating new Business.

Educational Requirements:

• Matric and / or technical matric
• Computer literate (working on a Mac as well as PC would be an advantage)
• Fluent in English & Afrikaans
• Valid Drivers License
• Previous experience in a similar role would be hugely advantageous
