at Voyc, you will support the smooth running of our day-to-day business functions across Finance, Legal, IT, Compliance, Operations, and People (FLICOP). You'll play a key role in executing operational tasks, maintaining systems, and assisting with documentation and internal processes.

You will work under the Head of Operations and support ongoing initiatives - helping to identify areas where tasks or processes can be improved. Curiosity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are key for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Support the documentation and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and the Voyc Process Accountability Chart (PACE)
Assist with the creation, maintenance, and improvement of business automations and integrations to streamline workflows.
Maintain and update company policies and compliance records.
Execute operational processes across Finance, Legal, IT, Compliance, Operations and People areas. For example, managing vendor contracting and onboarding, tracking IT assets, administering accounts, and ensuring team members have the software they need.
Coordinate with internal domains (Customer Operations, Go-to-Market, Engineering and Product) to ensure their operational processes run smoothly
Assist in tracking company operational metrics and maintaining data accuracy.
Provide general administrative and project support to the Head of Operations as required.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience
in operations, administration, or a similar role (internship or part-time experience considered).
Familiarity with business tools
such as Google Workspace, Slack, and automation platforms (e.g., Zapier,) is an advantage.
Strong organisational skills with
attention to detail.
Excellent communication

in a fast-paced environment.
