Junior Operational Planner - Bath & Body Manufacturing / Muizenberg / Cape Town
We're looking for an Operational Planner to manage inventory flow, coordinate projects, and keep operations running smoothly.
Full Time Position
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and track inventory movement and stock levels. Raise purchase orders Deal with suppliers Monitor workflow between departments and flag potential delays. Prepare reports and assist management with planning and forecasting. Ensure documentation and data are accurate and up to date across systems Collaborate with various departments to continuously improve planning processes Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure all aspects of the production cycle are on track When there are problems initiate solutions to be confirmed by the Director
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, or a related field 3 - 5 years planning experience Accounting knowledge Numerical, analytical, and organisational skills Systems and technology orientation Strong organisational and analytical skills Knowledge of product lead times Proficiency in Excel. Excellent communication and coordination ability. Hands-on, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities. Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics preferred.
