Job Description

Main Purpose of the Job:

Designing and executing various graphic design and multimedia tasks and projects for our organization with a strong focus on video. Expertise in both traditional and digital design will be essential in creating visually compelling and engaging content across multiple platforms

Duties and Responsibilities:

Work closely with advertising agency to roll out design assets across digital and print media for a wide range of projects.

Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience, and translate them into visually appealing designs

Create and design graphics, illustrations, layouts, videos and other visual elements using industry-standard design software.

Ensure all design materials are in line with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across various platforms.

Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and share knowledge and insights with the team.

Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.

2 years plus proven work experience as multimedia designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across digital and print.

Expertise in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.

Proficiency in multimedia design software, video editing tools, and animation software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro etc)

Experience in UX/UI design

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, taking feedback and incorporating changes while maintaining creative integrity.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, ensuring all designs are visually appealing and meet international brand standards
