Job Description

Job Purpose





To assist the Media Site Development Manager with day-to-day tasks.


Key Responsibilities




Site Acquisition Support




Assist with identifying potential sites for billboards, wraps, and other media formats. Maintain accurate records of site leads, approvals, and communications. Maintain Current relationships. Support senior developer with research on zoning, municipal approvals, and landlord contacts. Knowledge of Municipal bylaws.

Reporting & Documentation




Prepare and update regular site reports, including status updates. Ensure all site data is accurately recorded in internal systems Track timelines, approvals, and project milestones for senior review. Provide summary reports for management on site pipeline and progress.

Site Inspections and maintenance




Conduct regular inspections of all active sites (billboards, wraps, digital screens, etc.) to ensure structural integrity and compliance with specifications. Record and report the condition of the site, including any damages, wear, or safety concerns. Ensure all inspections are logged in the internal tracking system promptly. Conduct Site assessments monthly.

Maintenance co ordination




Report maintenance needs to contractors, vendors, or internal teams in a timely manner. Track maintenance schedules, including routine servicing for digital screens and other equipment. Follow up to ensure maintenance tasks are completed correctly and on time. Must be great at relationship management and project management. Must be organized and have great Microsoft office skills and keep constant communication with landlords.

General




Assist with day-to-day workload management and scheduling. Support site development activities, including site inspections, and documentation. Help manage communications with landlords, clients, and contractors. Maintain and organize contracts, addendums, and site-related documents. Provide regular updates and reports on site progress and administrative tasks. Support the manager in general administrative and operational tasks as required.

Education




Matric - Essential Project management or Business Management Diploma or Degree - Advantageous

Experience




1 - 2 years in a similar role * Interest in Out of Home Advertising - Willing to learn
