Duties & Responsibilities: Graphic Design and Content Creation
Develop and adapt designs for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok), ensuring brand alignment and visual consistency.
Design digital marketing materials such as web banners, online adverts, newsletters, email headers, online brochures and presentation templates.
Create traditional marketing collateral including printed banners, posters, flyers and in-store display materials.
Assist with photo editing, retouching and resizing for campaigns and product marketing.
Support website content updates with optimized graphics, content edits and layout recommendations.
Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines, tone and messaging.
File Management and Distribution
Maintain and organize design files, folders and templates within shared storage platforms (such as SharePoint, OneDrive or Google Drive).
Assist with sharing approved design assets with internal teams and distributors when required.
Marketing Support
Support the marketing team with the preparation and coordination of branded materials for events, activations and exhibitions.
Provide general support to marketing activities as required, including photography coordination, supplier research, quote requests and campaign reporting support.
