Job Description
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Essential)
- Diploma / Degree Marketing (Essential)
- Account Management (Desirable)
- Cloud Technology Experience (O365, Azure)
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a sales / marketing role
- Content creation for social media sites and customer emailing campaign
- Content creation and management: Writing, editing and publishing content for the company's website, blog, and social media channels
- Social media marketing: Managing the company's social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement and follower growth.
- Email marketing: Creating and sending email campaigns, managing email lists, and analyzing campaign performance.
- Basic marketing automation: Setting up and managing automated email campaigns, lead nurturing and lead scoring
- Basic project management: Assisting with the coordination and execution of digital marketing projects
- Basic web design and development
- Understanding of marketing analytics and metrics
- Assisting with the setup, execution, and analysis of A/B tests
- Assisting with the research and analysis of consumer data to inform marketing strategies
- Building and maintaining relationships
