Junior Manager All-Day Coffee Shop (Halaal-Certified)
Location: Southern Suburbs, Cape TownOur vibrant and busy all-day coffee shop in the southern suburbs of Cape Town is looking for a passionate and reliable Junior Manager to join our team. • Support the daily operations of the store, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Assist in leading and motivating front-of-house and kitchen teams.
• Maintain high service standards and a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Help manage stock levels and monitor quality control.
• Ensure compliance with Halaal standards, hygiene, and safety regulations.
• Support the coordination between kitchen and service teams to deliver a great customer experience.
• Assist in handling minor maintenance or operational issues as they arise.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): * Consistent delivery of excellent guest service.

• Smooth coordination between team members during service.
• Adherence to Halaal and health and safety standards.
• Positive staff morale and cooperation.
• Prompt attention to operational issues.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in a supervisory or shift-leading role in a busy hospitality environment.
• Familiarity with Halaal requirements (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A hands-on, team-oriented approach with a passion for service.
• Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
