We're looking for a reliable, organised, and hands-on Junior Kitchen Manager to support our back-of-house operations. If you've got solid kitchen experience and a passion for maintaining high standards, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth service
Support the Head Chef with prep, quality control, and service flow
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Monitor stock levels, portioning, and waste control
Lead and support the kitchen team during busy shifts
Assist with training junior staff and maintaining operational procedures
Uphold consistency in food presentation and quality
Requirements:
Previous experience in a professional kitchen
Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen best practices
Good communication and leadership skills
Ability to work accurately under pressure
Reliable, organised, and proactive
Availability for evenings, weekends, and peak trade periods
