The Clicks Group is looking to recruit a Junior Key Account Manager to work within the Clicks Healthcare team, the role will be based at the Head Office in Cape Town and report to the Key Account Manager II.

Job Purpose:
To establish and fulfil the service provider needs of healthcare industry partners by negotiating and managing service provider agreements and working across the Clicks Health Care team to ensure the fulfilment of agreements, in line with Clicks Group objectives and strategies.
Job Objectives:
To negotiate service provider agreements with healthcare industry partners (e.g., schemes, PBMs, administrators, managed care organisations, insurance companies, employer groups, etc. with the exception of Discovery)
To track, analyse and report back on Clicks service provision performance in line with both Clicks and partners' expectations and needs
Track, analyse and report on sales performance across medical schemes within Clicks environment
To analyse and investigate trends within the funder environment, identify commercial opportunities and implement successfully
To assess, capture and explore new commercial business opportunities through the development of new relationships, in line with Clicks Group objectives and strategies, and in conjunction with support from the Health Care team
To build and manage existing relationships with key decision makers through frequent value-adding communication, reporting and analysis of Clicks service provision
To ensure efficient and effective communication of Clicks benefits to partners' members in conjunction with Clicks Healthcare Marketing Manager
Through assistance from the healthcare services team, to ensure that store operations are aware of any issues and/or new or changed services required in service provider agreements
To network with relevant industry players and understand industry dynamics to develop new service offerings, appropriate for the Clicks environment, in conjunction with Healthcare services team
Minimum requirements
Education:
Matric
Diploma in Health Care or related (Desirable)
Job Experiance:
3-5years' experience in the healthcare sector
Min 2-3 years corporate work experience
2-3 years Customer Relations experience/Corporate B2B Service - not call centre,
Account Management.
1-2 years solid administration experience
