Job Description

We are looking for a passionate IT technician (Junior) looking to kick-start their career in IT.

Responsibilities

Assist in receiving, organizing, and inventory management of IT equipment and components. Perform routine checks and inspections of hardware to ensure quality standards are met. Collaborate with the IT team to maintain accurate records of stock levels and equipment locations. Support in the preparation of IT equipment to various customers. Assist in troubleshooting basic hardware issues and coordinate with senior technicians for resolution. Keep the warehouse clean and organized, adhering to safety and security guidelines. Assist in the assembly and disassembly of computer systems and peripheral devices. Provide general support in maintaining IT infrastructure within the warehouse Safely transport goods to various locations. Load and unload equipment with care. Provide excellent customer service. Maintain accurate and detailed delivery and collection notes
