Job Description
Our client in the retail fashion sector is recruiting a Junior IT Technician based in Durban.
Qualifications
- Hold a CompTIA A+ and/or N+ certification
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in technology and IT systems
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Provide first-line technical support to retail store and head office staff
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, printers, and peripherals
- Support network infrastructure and POS systems
- Log, prioritize, and respond to incoming support requests in a timely manner
- Assist with hardware deployments and rollouts as needed
- Hands-on experience in a national retail IT environment
- Ongoing training and professional development
- A supportive and experienced technical team
