Supporting the international sales department with administrative tasks.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales materials, proposals, and presentations.
Handle general enquiries, prospects, sales enquiries, quotes, and orders.
Liaise with expediting regarding shipments to be packed, for whom and timing.
Regular feedback of shipments and ensuring delivery schedules are still on track.
Provide administrative support to the International Sales Accounts Manager, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
Working in a team to assist in achieving sales targets.
Suggest new sales strategies and feedback on market trends.
Do product / client research and create databases of possible new clients.
Providing vital pre-sales and post-sales support to our distributors.
Minimum requirements
Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
Be able to work independently as well as part of a wider team, collaborating closely with a variety of departments.
Must have knowledge in Microsoft Office and should demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
Professional verbal, written, communication and interpersonal skills.
Effective time management.
Ability to work on several projects simultaneously with attention to detail and timelines.
