Our Company is looking for a Junior Internal Auditor to assist with the Internal Auditing at our Rosslyn Branch
Duties & Responsibilities:
Audit Execution & Effeciency
Audit Completion Time
: Measure the time taken to complete assigned audits against established timelines.
Audit Coverage
: Track the percentage of areas or transactions reviewed within the audit scope.
Audit Findings Accuracy
: Assess the correctness and completeness of audit findings and recommendations.
Recommendations Implemented
: Monitor the percentage of recommendations accepted and implemented by management.
Number of Issues Identified
: Count the number of significant issues identified during audits.
Audit Workpaper Quality
: Evaluate the thoroughness and clarity of audit workpapers and documentation.
Audit Budget Adherence
: Track the percentage of audits completed within the allocated budget.
Risk Mitigation & Compliance
Control Weaknesses Identified
: Measure the number of control weaknesses identified and reported.
Effectiveness of Controls
: Assess the extent to which identified controls are operating effectively.
Compliance Issues Identified
: Track the number of compliance violations or policy breaches identified.
Recommendations Implemented on Time
: Monitor the percentage of recommendations implemented within the agreed-upon timeframe.
Personal Development & Contribution
Participation in Audits
: Monitor the level of involvement and contribution to various audit engagements.
Feedback from Supervisors and Stakeholders
: Collect and analyze feedback on performance from supervisors and other stakeholders.
Professional Certifications
: Track progress towards obtaining relevant professional certifications.
Knowledge Sharing
: Evaluate the extent to which the junior auditor shares knowledge and best practices with the team.
Stakeholder Satisfaction
Stakeholder Feedback
: Collect and analyze feedback from auditees and other stakeholders regarding the audit process.
Timeliness of Reporting
: Assess the timeliness of audit reports and communication.
