Support the development of solution blueprints, integration patterns, and reference architecture documentation.
Collaborate with engineering teams on translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Azure Platform & AI Integration
Help design and prototype solutions using Azure services including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management, Event Grid, and Azure OpenAI.
Build and test GenAI-driven capabilities (e.g. prompt design, embeddings, summarization, semantic search) in support of enterprise use cases.
Support configuration, deployment, and testing activities for automation components.
Technical Delivery Contribution
Participate in solution reviews, POCs, and iterative build cycles under the guidance of senior architects.
Assist in ensuring technical standards are followed around code quality, reusability, and security compliance.
Collaborate with developers, testers, and platform teams to drive end-to-end automation delivery.
Learning & Innovation
Stay up to date with evolving tools, platforms, and frameworks in AI/GenAI, low-code/no-code automation, and cloud-native architecture.
Contribute to innovation backlogs, idea validation, and early prototyping for new automation opportunities.
Key Requirements
2-4 years of experience in technical delivery, automation engineering, or solution design roles.
Exposure to intelligent automation domains such as: o Conversational AI (e.g., Azure Bot Services, ChatGPT API) o RPA platforms (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath) o Event-driven or workflow orchestration tools
Hands-on experience with Azure services and/or cloud-native development.
Familiarity with REST APIs, integration design, and low-code application platforms.
Basic scripting or development experience (e.g., Python, PowerShell, JavaScript) is an advantage.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related discipline.
Familiarity with AI/GenAI concepts, OpenAI API, or Azure OpenAI models.
