Job Summary We are actively seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Industrial Engineer to join our team. As a Junior Industrial Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the optimization of our manufacturing processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to launch their career in industrial engineering.Responsibilities:

• Assist in the analysis and optimization of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Collect and analyze data to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and new initiatives.
• Assist in the design and layout of production facilities and workstations.
• Participate in time and motion studies to optimize workflow and minimize waste.
• Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
