Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary enquiries, CCMA cases, and union engagements
Coordinate training and development initiatives
Support workforce planning and employee scheduling
Develop, update, and implement HR policies
Maintain accurate personnel records and HR documentation
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
Minimum 3 years' HR experience, with solid employee relations experience (preferred)
Strong knowledge of HR practices and labour legislation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (preferred)
Ability to work on-site in Johannesburg South
