THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE ARE: To be considered for this role, you must:
Have a degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, or Psychology, with 2-3 years' working experience, preferably in a role focused on customers and/or people
Have strong verbal communication skills with confidence on the phone, as well as solid written communication skills for capturing accurate notes and updating profiles
Be comfortable working with computers and able to learn new systems quickly, with working proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Be willing to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment
Be reliable, punctual, and consistent, with a strong commitment to maintaining productivity throughout the day
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE: In this role, you will provide essential support to our Hiring Success Partner, including:
Conducting structured telephonic screening calls with candidates
Capturing accurate, objective notes and updating candidate scorecards and profiles
Setting up psychometric and competency assessments and tracking completion
Downloading, organising, and quality-checking assessment reports
Preparing client-ready documents, including role profiles, scorecards, summaries, and feedback packs
Assisting with onboarding-related tasks, scheduling, and follow-up communication
Keeping candidate and project folders, trackers, and systems up to date and well organised
Supporting training sessions by updating materials
Handling general administrative and coordination tasks to keep projects running smoothly
