Job Description
Are you a motivated leader with a passion for security and operational excellence? We are seeking a skilled and experienced Guarding Manager to join our team and oversee the smooth functioning of our security operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of security personnel to ensure high performance and adherence to organizational standards.
Coordinate and supervise daily security operations, including scheduling, incident response, and reporting.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and health and safety regulations.
Monitor and review security systems and equipment to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
Qualifications and Skills
PSIRA Grade B or above
Firearm Competence
Valid Driver's Licence
Proven experience in security management or a related field.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Physical fitness and adaptability to dynamic environments.
