A creative and motivated junior designer who's eager to learn, can take direction, and enjoys working collaboratively on both product and marketing design projects. You'll have an eye for detail, a strong sense of visual storytelling, and a willingness to grow within a dynamic design environment.
Role Responsibilities:
Conceptualize / design and schedule advertisements, across various mediums.
Conceptualize and design: mock-ups by CAD.
Conceptualize and design: new products, packaging and merchandising solutions.
Conceptualize and design: improvements to existing products, packaging and merchandising solutions.
Conceptualize and design: instruction manuals.
Create: sales presenters and factory briefs.
Resource Responsibilities:
Work with design team to:
Capture and deep etch photographs of all product for in-house product and client.
Design / conceptualise new design improvements to existing product, product in development, packaging and merchandise solutions by generating CADS with Photoshop or any other design package as required.
Assist with factory briefs and client briefs to explain required outcome for new products comprehensively and effectively.
Work with project managers to:
Research relevant brand reference sites in order to get a better understanding of the relevant client's handwriting for upcoming range builds in order to apply and assist design accordingly.
Feedback to management as and when required.

Education Requirements
Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
Adobe Creative Suite proficiency:
Photoshop (photo editing, mock-ups, deep etching, 3D)
Illustrator (vector work, layout, print-ready files)
PowerPoint (presentation design)
Basic photography skills for product shots
Some understanding of the retail industry would be helpful
