Job Description
Job Summary Key Responsibilities:
- Design marketing materials, including brochures, billboards, social media assets, and corporate presentations
- Assist with visual content creation for property launches, site signage, and investor packs
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels and campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to conceptualize and execute design strategies
- Help with layout and formatting of reports, proposals, and promotional materials
- 2+ years' experience in graphic design (agency or in-house)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Experience in the property or real estate industry is a plus
- Photography or video editing skills advantageous
- Work with a forward-thinking property team influencing the East London skyline
