We're seeking a Junior Front of House Manager for a busy, well-established restaurant in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town. This is a great opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional ready to grow into a management role within a dynamic team.
? Salary: R13,000 - R15,000 per month
? Requirements: Must have own transport
? Experience: 2-3 years in a similar FOH or supervisory role
Description
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations and service flow
- Supervise and motivate service staff to maintain top service standards
- Handle guest queries and ensure excellent customer experiences
- Assist with reservations, table plans, and shift coordination
- Support management with cash-ups, reporting, and training
- 2-3 years' FOH experience in a busy restaurant environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Well-groomed, reliable, and service-driven
- Must have own reliable transport
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
