Oversee daily front-of-house operations and service flow
Supervise and motivate service staff to maintain top service standards
Handle guest queries and ensure excellent customer experiences
Assist with reservations, table plans, and shift coordination
Support management with cash-ups, reporting, and training
2-3 years' FOH experience in a busy restaurant environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Well-groomed, reliable, and service-driven
Must have own reliable transport
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
