Front-of-House (FOH) Manager
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Front-of-House Manager to lead our guest-facing operations. This individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing the FOH team, and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience for all guests. The ideal candidate is a confident leader with strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all front-of-house operations, including host/hostess, wait staff, bartenders, and reception
• Ensure outstanding customer service standards are met and exceeded
• Manage staff scheduling, shift planning, and daily briefings
• Recruit, train, and coach FOH team members to deliver professional and friendly service
• Resolve customer concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation standards of the venue
• Collaborate with the kitchen and back-of-house team to ensure seamless service
• Monitor and manage reservations, guest flow, and seating efficiency
• Track and analyze FOH performance metrics (e.g., guest satisfaction, wait times, staff efficiency)
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

• 3+ years of experience in a front-of-house supervisory or management role in hospitality or food service
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Certification in hospitality or customer service management is a plus
