Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused

Front of House Floor Manager

to lead our service team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day floor operations, uphold our service standards, and create a welcoming, beachside atmosphere for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily front-of-house (FOH) operations, ensuring seamless service. Lead, motivate, and support FOH staff, including servers, hosts, and baristas. Maintain excellent customer service standards and resolve any guest issues promptly. Manage floor flow, table rotations, and reservations for optimal efficiency. Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery. Train and develop FOH staff, including onboarding new team members. Monitor stock levels of FOH items (menus, cutlery, crockery, cleaning supplies). Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Assist with shift scheduling, timekeeping, and daily reporting to management.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality. Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, approachable style. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure in a busy environment. Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays. Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
