Job Summary Junior Fleet Controller/Operations
Hominum Solutions is recruiting for a client in the East Rand. Interested candidates are invited to submit their CVs to along with your required monthly salary and notice period.
Objectives of this role:
Monitor the fleet to ensure smooth operations
Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and customers
Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget
Responsibilities:
Support a team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment
Manage the day-to-day planning, operations, and problem-solving for customers
Communicate with and support drivers
Monitor and maintain administrative tasks relevant to the role
Required Skills:
Experience in dealing with drivers and tracking
Strong customer relations skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to function as part of a team and independently
Proficiency in more than one language
