Job Description

Job Summary What you'll do:

  • Process month-end journals, reconciliations, and creditor payments
  • Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and ensure proper transaction capture
  • Manage the full asset register - from acquisitions and disposals to depreciation and reconciliations
  • Ensure compliance with IAS16 and SARS requirements for fixed assets
  • Handle daily sales reporting, tracking production output by customer
  • Reconcile inventory and manage rental garment and stationery stock
  • Support cost control initiatives to reduce overtime, reworks, and production waste
  • Prepare financial reports, templates, and forecasts for management
  • Assist with occupational health and safety compliance and reporting
What you'll bring:
  • Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 and an Accounting Diploma/Degree
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a service-related or production environment (preferably supervisory)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written) in English
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and financial software systems
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure
