We're looking for a hands-on Junior Finance Manager with a balance of technical finance skills and a flair for process optimisation. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily financial processing, including invoicing, reconciliations, and payments.
• Review and verify transactions across multiple currencies and entities.
• Prepare accurate management reports, perform variance analysis, and provide insights on key trends.
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Drive process automation and streamlining initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Assist with system improvements and integrations to support financial reporting.
• Partner with management to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

• BCom in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Completed or in-progress SAIPA / SAICA Articles or CIMA qualification preferred.
• 2-4 years' experience in finance or accounting, ideally with exposure to both reporting and transactional processes.
• Solid understanding of multi-currency environments and intercompany transactions.
• Strong Excel and systems skills; experience with ERP/accounting software is advantageous.
• Tech-savvy, analytical, and eager to improve systems and efficiency.
