As our Head of Finance, you will:
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
- Guarantee compliance with tax laws, industry standards, and company policies.
- Lead account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with precision.
- Manage VAT, tax returns, and payroll administration seamlessly.
- Deliver meaningful insights by analysing financial data and trends.
- Support strategic planning through budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
- Implement strong internal controls and maintain a robust finance risk register.
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance efficiency, optimise processes, and safeguard assets.
- BCom Accounting (or equivalent) qualification.
- 4-6 years' solid financial accounting experience.
- Accounting principles & regulations
- Payroll & tax compliance
- Financial reporting & analysis
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- A sharp analytical mindset with critical judgement and attention to detail.
