As our Head of Finance, you will:

• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
• Guarantee compliance with tax laws, industry standards, and company policies.
• Lead account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with precision.
• Manage VAT, tax returns, and payroll administration seamlessly.
• Deliver meaningful insights by analysing financial data and trends.
• Support strategic planning through budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
• Implement strong internal controls and maintain a robust finance risk register.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance efficiency, optimise processes, and safeguard assets.

What You Bring

• BCom Accounting (or equivalent) qualification.
• 4-6 years' solid financial accounting experience.
• Accounting principles & regulations
• Payroll & tax compliance
• Financial reporting & analysis
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
• A sharp analytical mindset with critical judgement and attention to detail.
