Job Description
Hydroponic and open land farm outside East London in the Eastern Cape is wanting to employ an energetic and motivated individual as a Junior Farm Manager.A degree or diploma in agriculture would be advantageous.
- Ability to manage staff/work performance doing various tasks ( up to 50 people in season)
- Harvesting Manage performance of harvesting team/QC fruit and communicate with packhouse
- Scouting of crops
- Managing Spray team and execution of application
- Code 10
- Speak English and Xhosa
- Work history and references
