Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and energetic young individual who is enthusiastic about building a career in farming. The perfect candidate will be eager to learn, able to follow instructions promptly and accurately, manage team members efficiently, and demonstrate a true passion for agriculture.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric and a relevant tertiary qualification
- Some relevant work experience in farming/agriculture
- Computer literate
- Oversee the daily farm operations
- Supervise labour
- Address personnel issues
- Ensure quality standards are upheld and comply with audits
