Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a portfolio of industrial clients across Gauteng.
Translate customer challenges into tailored automation and instrumentation solutions.
Conduct regular in-person client visits (minimum 12 per week).
Develop and deliver technical proposals with confidence.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Track sales activity and opportunities using Salesforce CRM.
Participate in demos, trade shows, and product events.
Provide market insights and competitor intelligence.
Drive performance against monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
National Diploma, N6, or Trade Test in Instrumentation.
2-4 years of experience in instrumentation, process automation, or technical sales.
Solid understanding of industrial processes and control systems.
Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to engage clients.
A natural problem-solver with a commercial mindset.
Valid driver's licence and based in or near Sandton.
Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or SAP.
Resilient, self-motivated, and eager to grow.

CTC: R1,000,000 per annum
