Job Description
RPO Recruitments client, a leading building contractor in the Western Cape is currently looking to hire a qualified, hardworking and trustworthy Junior Estimator who can join their team in Cape Town as soon as possible.
Requirements:
- BTech degree in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 5 years experience in an estimating role working for reputable building contractors
- Knowledge of minor and major works building contracts
- Experience in project scoping, site management, management of variation orders, subcontractor management, budget management, programme management, OHS Management beneficial
- Valid drivers license
- Presentable and well spoken (bilingual in English and Afrikaans)
- Confident with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to learn
- Ethical and professional
- Hunger to grow and thrive in a sales estimating environment
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience and qualifications
