Job Description
Are you passionate about mechanical design and ready to grow your career in a professional engineering environment? Picko is looking for a motivated Junior Mechanical Draughtsman to join our team at our Pretoria HQ.
Key Responsibilities
Produce and update detailed mechanical drawings using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD. Assist senior engineer and designer with 2D and 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings. Ensure all drawings meet company standards. Prepare and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs). Prepare cut lists for fabrication. Send out requests for quotations (RFQs) to suppliers when required. Manage drawing files, revision records, and documentation.
Requirements
Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Draughting, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. 0-3 years' experience in a draughting or mechanical design environment. Proficiency in Inventor and AutoCAD. Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude. Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced engineering setting.

Pay: R4000,00 - R6000,00 per month
