Junior Draughtsman
Job Description
Manufacturing company based in Boksburg has a vacancy for a Junior Draughtsman (Mechanical).
Education & Experience:
Grade 12 or equivalent with Technical or CAD subjects.
Draughting certificate - added advantage.
1-5 years experience in a draughtsman role.
Good understanding of draughting principles.
Knowledge of AutoCad and Inventor, working experience added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
Create drawings as required by the Sales and Projects departments.
Create manufacturing drawings when required.
Accurate documentation and administration of drawings.
Create and maintain 3D models of company products.
Accountabilities:
Ensure that accurate shop drawings are submitted in a reasonable time frame.
Ensure that accurate manufacturing drawings are submitted in a reasonable time frame.
Adhere to the drawing office standard operation procedures (SOP)
