Job Description

Position overview:



We are looking for a highly diligent, intelligent, and motivated Junior Personal Assistant to support the Director and assist with both client-facing work and internal operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn fast, take ownership, and grow within a creative digital agency.



This is not a passive admin role. You will be expected to think, learn, adapt, and improve daily.

Key Responsibilities



Client and proposal support

Creating quotes based on client enquiries



Developing client proposals using existing templates (PowerPoint and Photoshop-based templates)



Writing clear, professional client emails



Assisting with RFQs, RFPs, TORs, and proposal documentation



Website and content work

Updating website content using WordPress (Elementor)



Assisting with website design updates (WordPress / Elementor)



Writing articles, blog posts, and long-form content



Website copywriting (pages, sections, revisions)



Project and operations support

Basic project planning and creating timelines



Supporting internal workflows and task tracking



Assisting the Director with daily operational and creative tasks



Design support

Assisting with proposal template designs



Updating and adapting existing design templates

(Design and WordPress experience is not required, but will be highly advantageous.)

Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)

Interest in marketing, content creation, or digital media is a plus
