JUNIOR DIGITAL DESIGN & MARKETING ASSISTANT
HOUGHTON - JHB - Gauteng, South Africa (ZA)
START: 00 February 2026
REPORT TO: Director / CEO
TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00am - 17:00pm
• Closed on major public holidays

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:

• R12,000 Salary per month

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Non-negotiables): * South African citizen

• Based in Johannesburg
• Keen interest in grooming, skin care and personal wellness
• Experience in a similar role - preferred
• Certificate/Diploma in Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Strong written English skills, with the ability to write clear, compelling copy.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
• Experience with social media content creation, particularly for Instagram and TikTok.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Brevo or similar) and campaign analysis.
• Ability to effectively utilise AI tools to improve efficiency while maintaining a high standard of originality and creativity.
• Basic design skills using Adobe Express, or similar tool/s.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Solution orientated mindset with the ability to approach challenges with a "how can I help?" attitude.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Fast learner.
• Proactive, creative, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Friendly and approachable personality.
