Join us as a Junior DevOps & Digital Engagement Specialist, where you'll play a key role in ensuring our technical operations run seamlessly while supporting the digital engagement strategies that help us connect with audiences. This is a unique opportunity to blend technical know-how with creative insight, working closely with marketing and design teams to deliver impactful results.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing DevOps projects and workflows. Support the technical side of digital campaigns and marketing initiatives. Collaborate with developers, designers, and marketers to align technical and creative outputs. Monitor and maintain the performance of engagement platforms and tools. Recommend improvements to boost digital reach and user experience.
What We're Looking For
Strong communicator who works well in a team. Adaptable, resourceful, and solutions-focused. Passion for technology and understanding of digital trends. Eye for design and presentation in technical contexts. Computer literate, with the ability to learn new systems quickly. Able to work independently but also contribute to a collaborative culture. Preferred age: 23-30 to stay in sync with our energetic, trend-aware team.
